The Northampton site of RH Commercial Vehicles (RHCV) has experienced significant growth since the firm acquired it from Renault Trucks Commercials in April 2018, with new customers, employees and staff promotions.
Rachel Payne, Dealer Point Manager (pictured left), joined the Renault Trucks dealer last year to head up the facility. Thomas Long was appointed as a Service Advisor with James Garrard, 19, and Harry Fehr, 17, joining as apprentices. Darryl Sartain, who has worked at the site for more than seven years, was promoted from Master Technician to Workshop Foreman, responsible for running the workshop.
Lewis Adams and Piotr Wallendziak, based at the site for five years and two years respectively, have been promoted to Shift Supervisors while Sales Executive, Richard Ware has also moved over from the firm’s Nottingham facility to head up its used trucks sales service. Payne said: “Since opening just 12 months ago, the team has been incredibly driven to deliver excellent results.
“As a result, we have been able to make new appointments and promotions. The response from customers has been great with many choosing to return to use our services again and again.”
Paul Pearson, RHCV Commercial Director (right) added: “Through the successful delivery of a very clear sales strategy and a determined management team, we have seen a steady increase in new and used truck sales, workshop and parts delivery alongside a strong and flexible contract hire and truck and van rental offer and this is set to only increase in the next 12 months as we continue to deliver a first-class service.”
