This June, the UK’s leading exhibition dedicated to Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles returns to the Haynes International Motor Museum.
Now in its 5th year, the 2019 WAV Weekend is hosted by Special Purpose Vehicle convertors Brotherwood, who will be showcasing their range of wheelchair passenger vehicles. Visitors will also be the first to see a pair of brand new WAV conversions which will be unveiled for the first time at the exclusive event; the first an adaptation of the Brotherwood ‘Klastar’ Mercedes-Benz V-Class, developed in partnership with Mercedes-approved bespoke coachbuilder Senzati; the second a preview of an all-new Concept vehicle which promises to answer the demands of many clients who demand a vehicle which delivers optimal comfort, space and visibility for the wheelchair user.
Guests will be able to provide their feedback as the concept vehicle enters its’ final stages of development, shaping the vehicle to perfectly suit the needs of today’s WAV users. Taking place at the Haynes International Motor Museum in Sparkford, Somerset – just off the A303 and 30 minutes from junction 25 of the M5, from Thursday 6th, until Saturday 8th June, visitors will be able to explore over 25 wheelchair accessible vehicles.
Visitors can make the day complete with a tour of the Haynes collection of over 400 unique and historical motor cars and cycles – museum entry is included to all visitors who RSVP.
