Citroën has announced the 2019 Dispatch range which will introduce new specification, new WLTP-compliant Euro 6.2 engines and revised options.
Following the successful launch of ‘Worker’ and ‘Driver’ variants for the new Berlingo van range late last year, similar variants for the Dispatch are now introduced. This will provide four trim levels for Dispatch: X, Enterprise, Worker and Driver.
The vehicles, available in panel van and crew van versions will help simplify the engine range and trim options, while ensuring that the Dispatch complies with the latest EU emissions and fuel consumption testing ahead of the implementation date in September 2019. There is also the latest Euro 6.2 engine range that starts with the BlueHDi 100 engine, based on the 1.5-litre Euro 6.2 diesel already widely used in the Citroën car range.
All Dispatch Euro 6.2 engines are fitted with start and stop (S&S) technology to reduce emissions and fuel consumption, particularly in busy urban traffic. Dispatch ‘Driver’ includes the safety pack that incorporates a Lane Departure Warning System, Speed Limit Recognition, Intelligent Speed Adaptation, Driver Attention Alert and Smart Beam Headlights.
A Driver Assist Pack is also included, bringing Adaptive Cruise Control, Collision Alert and Active Safety Brake. Other standard equipment for the Dispatch Driver model includes a 7-inch colour touchscreen, providing Citroën Connect Navigation with DAB radio and voice recognition.
