Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles’ Head of Fleet, David Hanna, is to take on a new role as Head of Service and Parts.
Hanna joined Audi UK in 2014 and moved to Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles in October 2017 where he was instrumental in driving forward the brand’s electric vehicle strategy. He previously worked at Nissan where he held roles covering both cars, electric vehicles and light commercial vehicles within product marketing, planning and fleet sales and has also worked for Mitsubishi UK.
In his new role Hanna will be responsible for defining and delivering all aftersales programmes and standards, as well as for customer quality and people development. He replaces Trevor Hodgson-Phillips who has taken on a new role at Volkswagen Group sister brand Bugatti Automobiles S.A.S.
Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Director, Carl zu Dohna, said: “Since joining the brand, David has become an integral part of the management team and played a key role in the transformation of the fleet strategy.”
