Boost for Vauxhall light commercial vehicle network

Vauxhall has set up a network of Van Business Centres across the UK offering sales, aftersales and workshop services, for its light commercial vehicle (LCV) range.

Although all Vauxhall retailers can sell LCVs, the new Van Business Centres will concentrate on chasing fleet business and must meet certain standards. Each Van Business Centre has to meet a strict selection criteria and only sites that can provide sales and service support and meet strict service level requirements can qualify.

They will display Vauxhall’s full LCV range, and have the new Combo Cargo, Vivaro, and the Movano large van available for test drives. All 65 Van Business Centres will employ dedicated LCV sales consultants, trained to provide a personal response according to the customer’s business requirements.

At the centres Vauxhall-trained technicians will fit only genuine Vauxhall parts, with a one-year warranty. Courtesy vehicles will also be available in the event of a customer’s vehicle being immobilised.

According to Vauxhall, its Van Business Centres will offer full transparency with national, all-inclusive pricing. Also, customers will be given a full explanation of work carried out with regular progress updates.

Van Business Centres will all offer overnight drop off and pick up availability. When pre-booked, 90 minute express servicing is also available and customers can book their vehicle in online, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
