Due to the significant growth in the volume of both vans and trucks in our sales channels, we are now adapting our six-acre site in Coventry to become a dedicated auction centre for HGVs, and is set to open in January 2017.

About the Role

In order to support this exciting new proposition we have various administrative roles available. These positions will be fundamental to the success of the Auction Centre and will support the coordination of the day to day operations of the business. The positons are:

CV Specialist (HGV)

You will work with the Buyer Services Manager and support them with all aspects of Buyer Services objectives and strategy, maximizing buyer attendance to both physical and online auctions. Ensuring the buyer experience and sale performance exceeds our customers’ demands. Full product training and support will be given.

Vendor Support Co-ordinator

You will oversee a portfolio of  client vendor accounts for the Auction Centre, and will be the first point of contact for them . You will be responsible for ensuring that all pre and post auction administration is completed in a timely and accurate manner and that your clients receive an exceptional customer service experience.

Payments Assistant  

You will ensure the efficient and accurate running of the Payments office, processing payments from our buyers and payouts to our vendors. Responsible for dealing with customer queries,  via face to face, email and telephone contact, you will provide an exceptional customer experience at all times.

About You

You will enjoy working in a busy and fast paced environment; be  highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workloads, delivering accurate work. You’ll be comfortable working within rigid regulations and procedures, and will have experience working within a customer facing role.

You are pragmatic with the ability to resolve customer queries and complaints to a mutual satisfaction.  A quick thinker, you’re able to use your initiative and be flexible, reacting to change quickly and effectively.
