Lead, motivate and manage a team of multi skilled employees within the service environment, to deliver the agreed financial and operational performance plans.
Ensure that the service department delivers a consistently high level of customer service, and to ensure that the customer base is developed and expanded by promoting the range of goods and services available.
Be responsible for and manage the agreed business and manufacturer KPI’s
Represent the service business, ensuring that customers receive the best possible level of service from the branch.
Support initiatives within the sales and parts business to further promote the business and/or manufacturer.
