East Midlands Renault Trucks dealer RH Commercial Vehicles (RHCV) is supporting an initiative to help Notts County prepare for the start of the next season.
RHCV helped to deliver some unusual new equipment to Notts County Football Club – lighting to help cannabis grow.
Students from Nottingham University created new lighting rigs from siezed from drug growers to encourage grass growth for problem areas of the pitch at Notts County’s ground Meadow Lane.
The new lighting rigs, which effectively produce a false sunlight and encourage grass growth.
Paul Pearson, Commercial Director, at RHCV, commented, “We are a local, family run business, and so doing our part to help in this project can only help to serve the wider community. We were more than happy to lend a hand in this endeavour.”
