MORE BOARD DEPARTURES AT MAN

Anton Weinmann, MAN Nutzfahrzeuge CEO, joined Hakan Samuelsson in resigning his positions as Executive Board Chairman of MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG and as member of the MAN SE Executive Board at his own request.
"The well-being of the company is my primary focus. This has led me to the conviction that I will back MAN’s fresh start on the management level," said Weinmann.
Weinmann has worked for the company for more than 28 years. His leadership successfully spurred the strategic development of MAN Nutzfahrzeuge Group towards internationalization and growth.
Joining Weinmann and Samuelsson is Karlheinz Hornung who resigned his seat on the Executive Board of MAN SE for “personal reasons”.
“This step is not to be seen as related to the compliance investigation that is currently ongoing,” said Prof. Hornung.
