The European Parliament has voted to officially adopt a 175g/km CO2 short term and 147g/km CO2 long term target for Light Commercial Vehicles.
The LCV legislation mirrors the New Car CO2 Regulation with each manufacturer having its own overall European fleet average CO2 target. Each manufacturer’s target is based on the weight of each new LCV it registers in the EU in a given year.

Lancashire-based commercial vehicle and trailer dealer Allen Munro Commercials has gone into administration at the end of January. Heron, who sells Volkswagen Cars, Commercial vehicles and also TPS, has been established in Newark for over 20 years.

Midlands Iveco dealer Guest Trucks has added four new sites, purchased from Sherwood Truck & Van. The acquisition was made by parent company Ian Guest Holdings and confirms Guest Trucks position as one of the largest independently owned commercial vehicle dealer groups and the single largest Iveco distributor in the UK.
